Luxury place with extremely helpful and respectful staff at 7 th OCt night shift one male staff, liked it. The location was unbeatable and nice there, very close to Sakurano yama park-Where you can see aircraft taking off on Runway 16R.

Facilities were top class, though Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

This place was great for our overnight stay, the restaurant here was fantastic with a delicious buffet for dinner and breakfast, we enjoyed the appetising dishes we ordered.

Friendly staff; hotel is large, very quiet; room is perfectly clean, with sweat and green tea; there is a free shuttle from and to the airport, Aeon Shopping Centre. Everything was great.

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sakura no yama Park. There were a shopping area and a market around the hotel. Our rooms were great-sized with 4 beds, everything was nice. The food was outstanding, good service.
